If, unfortunately (and we hope this is never the case) you are unhappy with your order please contact us to let us know you wish to cancel, return or exchange it. You have 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered to notify us you wish return your item.

If you have already received the order, just pack it up in its original packaging and send it back to us within 14 days of receiving it. We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. Unfortunately we cannot bear the direct cost of returning the product, this must be paid by you.

The refund will then be processed to your payment card:

a) 14 days after we have received the product back from you, or

b) If no goods have yet been supplied by us, 14 days after the day you have informed us of your decision to cancel your order.

Please don't destroy or throw away any product you have received, even if its faulty, before you have spoken to us and we have agreed that in doing so won't affect any refund you are entitled to.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it, including the transit back to the seller, when returning an item.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any personalised products we sell due to the time and resources put into creating them. These include any item made to your specific requirements or anything personalised that cannot be resold due to the bespoke element of the item.
